This residential Property Management company is expanding its portfolio following a successful first half of 2020.
I have worked with this business on several occasions – placing candidates from a trainee to managerial level and regularly receive testimonials about how fantastic it is to work there.
It is essential you have experience within a property company as you will be the first point of contact for your own portfolio of properties including estate & block manager providing administration support through the whole stage of the process; from preparing contractors’ work orders to processing inspection reports.
This role is busy, fast-paced and challenging with no two days the same. Your workload will never become mundane because there are so many other additional areas you can support with including bridging a link to the finance team & managing service charge payments.
