This is a brand-new role and, you do not need previous experience; what you do need is a great work ethic, drive and ambition as you will quickly see yourself climb the ranks within the company.

What’s even better about this role is if offers a bonus structure, something you don’t usually get with Property Administrator roles. For every property that’s agreed (rent or buy) that you process the admin for you will get a % of the fees; meaning you can earn way more than your usual Administrator.
Due to the nature of the role the ideal candidate will drive and have full use of a vehicle; onsite subsidised parking is provided for all staff at a daily rate of £2.
