Location: Salford Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum +

If you have 6 – 12 months experience in property administration and are looking for a role that offers a clear career path, then I have the ideal role for you.
You will work for Manchester’s leading Property firm where you will be given all the support and guidance you need to achieve your career goals.
The company have set out a clear timeline for progression over the next 2 years which includes:
- 0 – 3 months: Diary management for the lettings department, arranging documentation & liaising with potential tenants to book in viewings
- 3 – 6 months into the role: Completing legal documents independently & making your own decisions (having autonomy in the role)
- 6 – 12 months into the role: Training & development & completing viewings independently, starting to manage own lettings (salary increase plus bonus opportunity)
- 12 – 24 months into the role: Fully trained & competent Lettings Negotiator
