Property Administrator – Block Management
£23,000 – £26,000 + Bonus

A family run organisation, established over 20 years’ ago, now operating across the North West with a portfolio of over 700 properties including 25 blocks.
This consists of both Commercial & Residential properties & they are continuing to expand this with the view to acquire 5 new blocks this year.

The Directors have recognised a requirement for a Property Administrator following their acquisitions in 2021/22.
They are looking for somebody to manage 25 blocks alongside a team of three plus support the Lettings Manager with viewings & the lettings process, across both Commercial & Residential.
60% of your position will be Block Management – Service charge payments, arranging site visits and supporting the Property Managers with the management of the blocks.
The other 40% of your role will be Lettings – Arranging viewings, general running of the lettings process from start to finish.
