A new Project Administrator position to be involved with company projects & installations across the UK, working for a leading provider that have been established for over 30 years.
You will be working for a Director that promotes an ‘open door’ policy to all his staff members and looks after each & every one of them; offering 6-month salary reviews, a good working environment & the opportunity to develop with the business.
This is an exciting role following on from growth in the business, after signing three major contracts, which are ongoing projects for the business that you will be supporting on.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating installations, considering Engineer routes & diary
- Managing key relationships with the wider project team & clients
- Creating & submitting documents for projects
- Ensuring deadlines met & reporting back to management
- Scheduling routes to ensure using the most cost effective route
For this position, you must hold experience in scheduling of projects or installations to be successful due to the significance of this role within the team.
In terms of progression, you can either grow into a project management or team leading capacity within 12 – 24 months of being in this post so your career doesn’t stop here, as the business grows, so will you.
