Personal Assistant to MD – Maternity cover
£38,000 – £42,000 + Hybrid working + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity to delve into a 10 month maternity cover is up for grabs for an experienced PA in Manchester!
Whether you’re immediately available or perhaps feel under-challenged in your current role and looking to elevate to that next level, this is absolutely perfect.
The business is one that Platinum have had the pleasure of working with for the last 5 years, what a company. Exceeding expectations year on year, growing, got the right people and processes in place and it’s truly an SME that is perfectly run and succeeding.
You’ll be working 1 on 1 with the MD, managing a complex diary, email management, communication, creating presentations and supporting on streamlining organisational structures and processes. This needs a confident, commercially focused PA that is proactive and can sense a fire erupting before the brigade need to be called and solving it.
The MD, a young, driven entrepreneur who has worked for large corporate businesses in London most of his career and then set up his own business because he wanted to do things differently. And the business is absolutely thriving. He’s remarkable at what he does, down to earth and such a calming nature but organisation isn’t one of his strengths….. So he needs you!
Experience wise, it would be an absolute bonus if you have experience managing a complex diary of various time zones, experienced using Canva and be 3 years’ minimum into your PA career supporting at C-suite level.
There is potential of a perm contract being offered following the maternity cover, however no guarantees, but if you want to work somewhere incredible for 10 months and love every minute of it, let’s chat.
Benefits include private health insurance, 26 days holidays plus bank holidays (pro rata to FTC), charity days and events, regular social events, weekly run clubs and hybrid working (current split is 3 days at home, 2 days in the office however more flex is allowed if needed!)
