An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a company based in Manchester City Centre who have been in business for over 75 years and is the market leader in their sector.
This is a brand-new role and you will be working alongside the Managing Director supporting him with diary management, organising meetings, administrative support and assisting him with making decisions that will impact the future of the business.
The MD of this company is still very hands on so you will be liaising with customers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors, alongside assisting department heads with organising meetings, and act as a point of contact between all parties and the Managing Director.
In addition to this they are looking for an individual who will also manage the HR administration for the business, this will include holidays and absence tracking, onboarding new starters and issuing contracts.
They are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Personal Assistant, someone who works well within a fast-paced environment and who will take on and develop the role to its full potential.
