One-off opportunity to work for a wonderful business who will recognise how important you are so much so that they operate a commission scheme for you to earn a quarterly bonus.

The Director has created this scheme as he fully believes the payroll function is the heart of the company and wants you to enjoy a healthy work/ life balance – so you are encouraged to spend your bonus on holidays, weekends with family or whatever makes you happy outside of work!
You will enjoy working in the wider finance team with full responsibility of running the weekly & monthly payroll from start to finish; you will receive the pre-approved information from the Director and be responsible for processing the calculations and posting the payments, with an Assistant to support with all administration duties you don’t want to be bogged down with!
It’s essential you have experience in payroll production because as much as they always look to upskill and offer refresher training sessions for staff, they really do need someone who is up to date with the latest payroll legislation and liaising with HMRC.
