This is a business that is offering a career-development role with a full study contract and the opportunity to progress to MA level – but on a 25 hour a week basis.
That means that if you have commitments outside of work and need flexible hours or you would simply like to work part-time so you have more time to dedicate to your studying, this is available at this company.
With a lot of roles at this level, they require an individual to be in the office 5 days a week however when you’re not working, you can be sure your work is being covered by the rest of the team – so you won’t have to work overtime or stay late to get everything done.
The FD needs flexibility in the workplace herself which is why she can offer this role on a part-time basis and you will work closely with her to produce the management accounts.
You don’t necessarily need prior experience in this but you need to be accomplished in month-end and transactional accounting, ready & raring to take the next step.
