This is the perfect training ground for a PQ Management Accountant who wants to become a Finance Manager as soon as they qualify.
It’s a company who will make this happen; they won’t just sell you the dream and tell you that you can progress to this level when in reality it won’t happen.
As soon as you have sat your last exam, they will sit you down to map out exactly how they can help you achieve FM status, giving you the experience to ensure your qualification can be signed off.
The FD and FC are qualified and achieved this due to having managers who believed in them and backed them – which is why they want to share their wealth & knowledge with someone who they can nurture and develop.
You will be given an entity to produce the management accounts for, supported by a transactional team, giving you the freedom and time to focus on getting stuck into the following:
- Analysis work
- MI Reporting
- Process improvements
- Driving the business through its next phase of growth
Sound like an exciting proposition? It will be written into your contract that you will have a review as soon as your exams are passed so how quickly you progress to the next stage of your career is completely dictated by yourself and how quickly you want to qualify.
