A role to explore company systems, grow business functions & develop the brand to enable to organisation to reach new heights.
An Interior Design organisation that are looking to rebrand & improve business processes to progress even further in the market.
They have 2021 plans that include a whole new brand, an increase in profits by 40%, recruitment hires up by 30% & to streamline all procedures throughout the business.
Operating across the UK, looking to expand further across Europe with new & existing clients; they have a plan in place to develop into new clients which they want this employee to be a part of.
To work with Directors in pushing the business to its next phase. Improving the company processes, systems & procedures through making critical decisions independently & as part of the management team.
You will investigate new ways to make the business grow & roll them out across the business. Having complete brand management, you will be the ultimate decision maker on the re-branding of the company through market research & creative knowledge.
You can easily progress to Director level or senior management status here; there is no ceiling. What work you put in; you will get out.
A natural ambitious leader, somebody who likes to take ownership of projects & the role. An experienced Operations Leader/ Manager is a must. You are required have relevant experience & examples of where you have made business improvements.
