This £2million turnover organisation based in Hulme are looking for someone who has that genuine desire and determination, someone who’s a doer, a problem solver and loves nothing more than seeing a challenge right through.
A team of 4 currently, growing to 6 by the end of the month – there’s no stopping this business with their concrete growth plans and they want an Operations Assistant to be a huge part of this success.
You will have complete autonomy to roll with the punches, no micromanagement but if you require support, it’s there for you to advance your knowledge and commercial acumen.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO in managing the procurement, client relationships, PA support to the CEO and implementation of new processes and procedures – essentially the MD is doing this role now, but he wants to come away from this and focus on the elements that he enjoys.
In a few years’ time, you could see yourself at directors table and the best thing about this role is that the MD isn’t looking for the “finished article”, he’s looking for a rising star; someone who has the right attitude and application, but you’re not required to have a number of years’ experience in operations – 12 months would work for this role.
Applicants must be familiar with working for a small business, so you understand the whole “get stuck in and roll your sleeves up” type of environment.
