An Engineering company in Bolton who work on multi-million pound contracts nationwide are recruiting into their administration department due to a recruitment drive following on from the streamlining of operational processes.
As an Operations Administrator you will oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations within the business whilst reporting into the Administration Manager.
In an expanding business, there are opportunities to develop – all staff members within the business have grown their skill set or progressed since they joined because the management team & Directors always keen to grow their staff further.
This role will predominantly support the sales and operations team with organising company events, maintaining company and client records, creating documents for management & managing the internal database.
The Directors are looking for somebody who is able to work in a fast paced environment, has experience in a similar administration based role & can show great organisational skills.
In a young, vibrant office environment somebody who is confident, easy going & able to communicate with all people is essential.
