Platinum is proud to be supporting two of the highest profile directors in the Warrington area secure their first Office Manager.
The Directors have identified a skills gap between them and the administration function and have thought long and hard about how to position this new role in order to provide leadership to the management team, support to the administration team and a challenge within the role itself.
In doing this they have created one of the best opportunities in Warrington for an Office Manager.
You will be given autonomy and authority to make changes to the company set up, you will take workload from the Directors specifically operationally and also with regards line management and you will be a support network to two junior administrators who joined on apprenticeship schemes.
You don’t need to be a team leader at present just someone who would enjoy mentoring and offering advice based on your experience.
Given this is a newly created opportunity the business is open to the background of experience you have so they are not searching for a finished article who has covered all areas they are very much considering someone who has the core office support experience however someone who would like to build in-depth experience across the following areas.
- Operations and business management
- Financial administration
- Personal assistant to both owners
- Team leadership
