This well-established SME is currently recruiting for a versatile Office Manager to bridge the gap between the board and the administration function.
You’re going to be working with two amazing Directors that value their staff, and in a role where there is plenty of opportunity for career progression right the way up to the senior leadership team in the future; this role has become available due to growth, the company’s reputation has seen an incline in business and contracts over the last 3 years.
As with any SME what makes this role so appealing is the variety, and if you are stuck in an office manager role where you find yourself doing the same mundane tasks day after day then this role will give you the variety you may be after.
Along with overseeing a small team of 4 day to day you will be involved with a wide range of tasks including:
- Operations (implementing new processes and procedures)
- Line management (supervision and leading a team of 4 Administrators)
- Executive support (working as an ally to the two Directors)
- Financial administration (invoicing and payroll administration)
You will be encouraged to share your ideas and suggestions, and the two Directors are always keen to ensure that the staff feel like they are contributing to the success of the firm so if you are the type of person that likes looking at ways something can be improved this is the company for you.
To be considered for the role you must have previous experience in a similar role, along with an ability to communicate effectively with everyone at the business ranging from the directors through to the site staff.
