Location: Stockport Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum +
£23k – £25k per annum
This is an opportunity to join a stable accountancy business that has been running for over 30 years. The friendly, small team are looking for an Office Manager to handle the secretarial and administration side of the business. You must be someone who is willing to take responsibility rather than delegate.
Main responsibilities of this role include:
- Answer phones and direct calls, meet and greet visitors to the office
- Manage deadlines and tasks, keeping the team updated
- Chair meetings and take minutes
- Onboard new clients, following policies and procedures
- Basic bookkeeping
- Ordering stationery
- Checking timesheets
