A market leading company based in Rochdale are looking for an Office Manager / PA to join the business.
As Office Manager you will be responsible for a team of 3 who will assist you in the day to day administrative functions alongside this you will report directly to the Managing Director, where you will assist him with diary management, meeting arrangements and play a big part in the day to day running of the company.
The Managing Director recognises the administration function is a vital role within this business – therefore with his complete support and backing applicants will need to demonstrate the confidence to create new processes, improve flow through the business and enjoy coming up with solutions to challenges as they arise.
You don’t need to have previous PA experience, but you need to have the core skills and be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. This is such a varied role and I guarantee no two days will be the same.
This is an exciting opportunity because the company offers a guaranteed annual bonus to all its employees of up to 20% of your salary based on company performance.
