You will manage a team of five Administrators, supporting with their training, development and career reviews. Alongside this you will report into the Managing Director and support with the growth and expansion of the business.
It’s an exciting role, you will get to sit in on strategy meetings, put forward your own ideas and suggestions on not only how to manage the administration function but also bring ideas to the table on where things can be improved.
The Managing Director wants the Office Manager to form part of the senior leadership team, and therefore you will be rewarded with the above benefits package.
