An Office Manager is required for a number 1 organisation in Manchester to manage the office functions, make business decisions on operational matters & manage key projects alongside Directors.
You will report into the two Company Directors and be a critical part in how the business moves forward; over the past 12 months the business has grown by 18% and the Directors want to keep this momentum going.
With the business consistently growing each department, you will be an integral part in growing the divisions including Finance, Marketing & Administration whilst being at the front of all decision-making processes.
This is a fantastic role for somebody looking for increased exposure because you will be involved with all areas of the company, including:
- Operations – Managing all operational & business strategies
- Line Management – Holding four direct reports in the business (administration staff)
- Project Management – Managing internal projects from start to finish (Example – office relocations or rolling out new processes)
- Human Resources – Recruitment, offers of employment & training and development processes
As the business is growing the Directors want someone long term with the business and have therefore created a career plan for the Office Manager to go into a more specialised role or they will fully support & fund you for qualifications you would like to take such as CIPD or Accountancy qualifications (this is personal preference)
This isn’t a stop gap role, this is a career for an Office Manager to develop their skills and have career prospects with a fantastic business.
