An entrepreneurial Managing Director of a Professional Services firm in Spinningfields, Manchester has recognised the requirement for an Office Manager to take complete ownership of the office function.

Not only is this a unique opportunity in terms of the role, based on autonomy you will have, processes you will be involved with & business strategy exposure, but it also offers you opportunity – opportunity to become a senior member of the management team & join a successful organisation.
Your role will equally be split between accounts functions, HR processes, office management & executive support to the CEO – responsible for managing the transactional accounts (invoicing, petty cash & expenses), dealing with all HR queries & supporting the CEO with the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit interviews & supporting the CEO as their PA/ executive support.
Being the CEO’s ally; this requires an Office Manager who has the attitude to want to grow in your role but also support a business to grow too.
You must have experience working in Professional Services whether that be a firm of Accountants, Solicitors or other Professional industry where you have been exposed to a similar role.
