An entrepreneurial Managing Director of a PR & Marketing firm in Spinningfields, Manchester has recognised the requirement for an Office Manager to take complete ownership of the office function.

Not only is this a unique opportunity in terms of the role, based on autonomy you will have, processes you will be involved with & business strategy exposure but this is working for a leading organisation led by an CEO who’s burning desire is to be the best.
Your role will equally be split between accounts functions, HR processes, office management & executive support to the CEO – responsible for managing the transactional accounts (invoicing, petty cash & expenses), dealing with all HR queries & supporting the CEO with the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit interviews & supporting the CEO as their PA/ executive support.
Being the CEO’s ally; this requires an Office Manager who has a similar drive & ambition has them which is somebody who is progressive, ambitious and passionate.
