Location: Stockport Salary: £18,500 to £18,500 per annum +
A unique opportunity for an Office Administrator to flourish with a company that is rapidly expanding each area of the business.
The business is opening new avenues & creating new routes to guarantee continued growth over the course of the next 5 – 10 years.
Progression is key for this business, they want to see you in a more senior capacity within 2 years of employment – whether that be Personal Assistant to Director, Human Resources or in Finance; the development is here for you.
With a team of 15 in their UK head office, you will support in all areas as a key support function including Director level support, where your responsibilities will include:
- Travel & meeting bookings for the team & Director
- Supporting with client & company events – arranging documents, booking venues
- Management of staff holiday recording
- Managing the office diary system
- Arranging the meeting rooms for clients
- Acting as the face of the business – greeting clients & answering incoming calls
- Creating key documents for meeting purposes
