An opportunity has been created in Salford for an Office Administrator at this award winning business that has experienced rapid growth over the last few years.
This is the ideal chance for someone that has already built up some basic experience and is capable of providing excellent customer service through a smooth administrative process.
The great thing about this role is the variety (and of course the staff). Your role as Office Administrator will be to support a team of sales staff, and work closely with the Directors on a day to day basis to manage any customer queries, process invoices and speak to suppliers.
It’s a great opportunity for you to be involved in all aspects of the firms back office function, and along with additional day to day tasks of managing the phones, greeting customers and answering emails you will also support in arranging social events and after work drinks.
To be considered for the role it’s essential that you have previous office or admin experience, along with strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with every member of the business up to Director level.
