Platinum Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a fantastic business who are growing their administration team and require an Administrator to support in each area of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to really advance their skills & grow their knowledge of a successful organisation who have plans to double in size in just 12 months.
Reporting into the Administration Manager alongside a team of 4, you will be providing an all-round administrative support, including:
- Client management – being the face of the organisation to all parties
- Database management – Implementing new factors and managing the in-house system
- Documentation – Creating and distributing the relevant documents to clients and staff
- Diary management – Sole management of the company diary (including Director schedule)
The Administration Manager will put you straight on a career plan of your choice when you join the company whether that be to develop within administration or into a new role (such as PA or Team Leader), you will be sure to progress further.
As a growing business, the firm have recently moved to brand new offices in the centre of Rochdale and are therefore close to commuter links with free onsite parking.
This is a younger team that enjoy monthly nights out, team activities and office games therefore somebody who will fit in with this office environment is essential.
The management team are looking for somebody who has some administration experience but somebody who is keen for a career & willing to put the work in to be rewarded with regular progression opportunities & incentives.
