How does the role look?
- Managing a small accounts team – mentoring and training
- Take full control of the AP and AR ledger, stock ledger and supplier statement reconciliations
- Taking ownership and managing the cash flow
- Producing monthly management accounts/ balance sheet reconciliations
- Submitting VAT quarterly returns
- Payroll queries and administration
- Maintain the company’s fixed asset register with precision.
- Dealing employee expense claims efficiently.
- Develop and maintain robust financial policies and control systems.
- Provide adhoc support to senior management.
- Weekly and monthly reporting.
- Provide valuable support to other departments whenever needed.
