What You’ll Do
As Management Accountant, you’ll be the financial backbone of our operations. Your role will include:
Financial Planning & Analysis – Develop budgets, forecasts, and insightful financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Insights – Generate detailed management reports and present key financial insights to senior leadership.
Cost Control – Monitor and analyse variances, implement cost-saving initiatives, and drive operational efficiency.
Collaboration – Work closely with departments across the company to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
Innovation – Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and systems for better accuracy and efficiency.

What Their Looking For
Qualifications:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
Experience:
Proven track record in management accounting, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
Personality:
A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives on challenges and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.
