This role would suit someone who has honed their craft as a Management Accountant, has produced full packs end-to-end with commentary, but is now looking for increased exposure, more influence on business decisions and long-term career aspirations to reach FM/FC levels…And you couldn’t ask for a better business to join.
Here, you’ll be responsible for creating full management account packs, with commentary and variance analysis as well as working with the HoF on all budget setting, forecasts and growth strategy.
They operate a Group function and currently use XERO software for all accounting. The team are phenomenal, the MD is charismatic, driven and promotes modern ways of working.
This is a slick, modern operation, well-versed in the use of cutting-edge tools for reporting and collaboration. Someone with exposure to Power Bi, SQL or Tableau would be handy here. It isn’t a prerequisite that you’ve used these visualisation tools at all, but what they need is someone who is excited about the prospect of enhancing their skillset and implementing modern tech into their role / workday.
You’ll report into the HoF, who started at the business as a Management Accountant and has progressed to where they are today, giving you a manager who understands your role inside out. The perfect set-up to ensure success.
Travel with the business, get involved in the regular team socials and work closely with the MD and HoF to steer growth strategy, M&As and commercial opportunities!!
