An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join an independent estate agency that has undergone rapid growth and has an outstanding reputation.
The role is available due to expansion and the successful applicant will have to opportunity to progress within the business.
As a Lettings Administrator you will enjoy a varied role which will see you assisting the Lettings Manager with dealing with tenants and landlords, reference checking, liaising with maintenance technicians and conducting viewings; giving you freedom in the role and meaning no two days will be the same.
This role would suit a professional individual with a strong administration background who is looking to join a company that offers a great career path and a really active portfolio of customers.
The role is based in their office in Whitefield where you will join a team of friendly people in a fantastic working environment where everyone pulls together during busy times to support each other.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need a driver’s licence and the use car.
