Inbound Customer Service (Benefits Programme Team)
£23,000 + monthly bonuses = £25,000 and a £500 bonus after passing probation
Hybrid Role – 3 days in the office in Stockport, 2 days remotely at home per week

This is the ideal role if you do not want to deal with outbound calls, or upsell on anything. You’ll be based in our benefits programme team speaking to current customers who have insurance with the business and want to opt into a benefit or rewards scheme.
Where this role is different is the fact your dealing with customers who are going through a difficult period of health, so you’ll act as a support network for anything they need. They may be opting into a certain reward scheme to tackle a health related issue – which means you have the fun aspect of issuing rewards, incentives, processing benefits, and understanding how you can help someone onto a path of better living. This can be a technical role so being computer literate is a must!
You don’t need to have come from a contact centre background, as long as you’ve dealt with customers whether that be a retail, care, teaching, or fitness capacity – we just want someone who appreciates how important health and wellbeing is!
It’s rare to come across a customer service role providing you with bonuses simply for doing a good job, with this role earning you an additional £200 per month. For your hard work you’ll even receive a £500 bonus immediately after passing your probation!
