Inbound Customer Service & Claims Specialist – Insurance Sector
£23,000 (£500 bonus after probation + monthly customer service bonuses = £25,000+)
Hybrid Role – 2 days in the office in Bournemouth, 3 days remotely at home per week
Start Dates: 1st April 2022

This is the ideal role if you do not want to deal with outbound calls, or upsell on anything. You’ll be based in our claims division speaking to current customers going through a difficult period of health. You’ll need to ask about illnesses and symptoms in order to determine whether we can fund them on their insurance.
Where this role is different is the fact your dealing with customers who are going through a difficult period of health, so you’ll act as a support network for anything they need. This is exactly why we are looking for a ‘people person’ someone who will genuinely thrive in an environment where your sole focus is to help others and understand their vulnerabilities.
You don’t need to have come from a contact centre background, as long as you’ve dealt with customers whether that be a retail, care, teaching, or fitness capacity – we just want someone who appreciates how important health and wellbeing is!
