Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Stockport (5 mins from the motorway, car parking, easy access on public transport)
£22,000 – £23,000 basic + monthly bonuses = £25,000 per year
Additional £500 bonus after you pass your probation period
Permanent Hybrid Role – 2 days in the office in Stockport, 3 days remotely at home per week
25th March & 15th April Start Dates

This is the ideal role if you do not want to deal with outbound calls, or upsell on anything. You’ll be based in our insurance division speaking to current customers/members or brokers through inbound only calls, supporting them with any general queries or policy needs regarding life/health insurance.
Where this role is different is the fact you are dealing with customers who are going through a difficult period of health, so you’ll act as a support network for anything they need. This is exactly why we are looking for a ‘people person’ someone who will genuinely thrive in an environment where your sole focus is to help and care for others and understand their vulnerabilities.
