The Role:
We are the leading medical health insurance provider dominating the market for over 27 years.
Based at head office, this is a purely inbound only position focused on current members who may be looking to use their policy to the fullest potential, making use of the various free benefits the company provides, making changes to policies, documents re-sent out, and vulnerable customers going through the first stages of the claims process due to poor health.

Hybrid Working:
You will be based in our office in Stockport 3 days per week, and the other 2 days working from the comfort of your own home. We provide full flexibility on not having to be based in the office full time, with the few 2 weeks of training being completed remotely.
You’ll save money on commuting 2 days per week, spend extra time with family or pets, and be logged off and chilled out within minutes of your finish time!

You’ll receive a £500 bonus after passing probation.
