In a standalone position managing the HR function, your ideas are heard, your opinions matter & you are respected by not only the senior management team but the CEO too – there’s no fight to get projects signed off or to implement processes; it will get done.
In 2 years, this role will be growing to Head of HR & you will potentially be managing a team of HR Assistants due to the expansion plans & the growth rate that this business is going at; if you want to build a career this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
Immediate projects you will be taking ownership of will be the implementation of a new HR system, researching & creating a competitive package for all employees against competitors & building a bonus scheme; projects that are going to make a positive impact on employee engagement.
If you’re CIPD Level 5 qualified, have experience at HR Manager level (whether that be managing a team of independently managing the HR function) in a generalist capacity but you’re now looking for a role that gives you a reason & challenges you to be better at what you do; this is the role for you.
