HR Coordinator – Part time

This is your opportunity to take ownership of the HR function alongside the Office Manager and Directors of a successful organisation in Altrincham.
How I would describe this role is all the positive sides of HR that you will essentially be managing – training and development, implementing new processes (including induction procedure and recruitment process) and employee engagement.
You’re going to go in and really make a difference to this business so it’s such a rewarding role – none of the fire fighting or mundane tasks but genuinely improving the business and pushing things forward alongside Directors.
The role is offering you a flexible 20-hour working week, it’s entirely up to you what days you work and how you plan your day so perfect if you have family or outside of work commitments and require a role to work around this.

You are required to have experience in a similar role and is qualified up to CIPD associate diploma level (it would be an added bonus if you can demonstrate on your CV/ covering letter where you have implemented processes in your role such as an induction/ recruitment process)
