This is your opportunity to gain exposure, experience and work alongside a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR Manager to get you to that next level of your HR career.

You will have full support from the HR Manager who is looking for someone to form her team of 3, you will have the best guidance and training possible and the business will fund your CIPD studies if this is something you wish to do.
Your role will support in a full generalist capacity where you will be responsible for managing the HR database, supporting in meetings, reporting and analysis, building relationships with the leadership team as well as managing the onboarding and recruitment process for the business (up to 4 new hires per month)
