The HR Manager is looking for a HR Assistant that will work cohesively with them on company projects such as learning & development designs, due diligence & acquisitions & take ownership of the internal talent acquisition – this role surrounds all the positive aspects to HR therefore such a rewarding role for someone to really make a difference & put their own stamp on how the business manages people & development.
The company fully fund your CIPD studies if this is something you wish to do, with the support & training from your HR Manager who will work with you to ensure you’re reach your best potential.
Following successful performance reviews, your role will progress to HR Advisor level where you will take ownership of your own projects & begin to make key business decisions – the business is all about growth & engagement.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has some recruitment or HR experience & is serious about wanting a long-term career in HR where you will work hard to get to where you want to be.
