Location: Oldham Salary: £20,000 to £22,000 per annum +

One of Platinum’s key clients are expanding their HR team due to company growth and are planning to open new offices across the UK this year.
This is a role to work alongside a HR Manager & Senior Advisor and be an influential figure on the HR team, supporting with all administration in a broad role.
You will gain exposure to all aspects of HR and have a Qualified Advisor & Manager to support and train you up – they will also support your with CIPD qualification.
Your role will include all documentation and policy writing, attending employee relation cases to take notes & creating/ sending outcome letters. A massive part of your role will also be managing the staff absence and holiday system, ensuring this is logged and compliant across the business.
The business is looking for an employee that has a genuine passion for HR, someone who is ambitious and keen to learn.
You must have experience in working at HR Assistant or HR Administrator level to be considered for this role so if you do not have this background, please do not apply.
