- Have exposure to a full 360, generalist HR position
Working with an award-winning HR Manger and leader of the industry, you benefit from her knowledge, expertise and support helping you begin a role in HR and expand through to management level.
This business will fund CIPD from day 1 and give you full exposure to a generalist HR role whilst encouraging you to introduce suggestions and ideas to the team.
All they ask for in return is and individual with passion for HR and someone with a logical and ethical mindset who would love to gain exposure within a generalist HR role.
You will take complete ownership of the recruitment and onboarding process for the business and form part of the team of 2 in HR where you will support with employee relations, investigations, training mechanisms and employee engagement – so much exposure and new skills to learn.
