This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that offers the chance to develop your skills and work towards stepping up into a HR Manager role.
Having recently brought the HR function in house you will be assisting the HR Director, and you will have the opportunity to really make the role your own by streamlining processes and having a hands-on role when it comes to the day to day HR operations.
It is for this reason they want to bring someone in as a HR Advisor, train them up on the systems and company policies and procedures with the view to then promote them to HR Manager.
This is a generalist role, and you will assist across all aspects of HR, meaning you will be continually developing your skillset which in turn will pave the way to being promoted to HR Manager and managing your own team in the future.
You don’t need to have worked as a HR Advisor before, but you must have 12 months experience working in a Human Resources role and have gained CIPD level 3. An understanding of HR legislation, procedures and policy is essential, and the drive and ambition to progress.
If you have a genuine passion for supporting people, you are warm, friendly and have the talent to engage with people and make them feel comfortable and relaxed then this is the perfect role for you.
Based in Hale Barns, just off junction 6 of the M56, the office offers ample parking and is in a perfect location if you live in or around South Manchester or Cheshire.
Due to the location and ensuring you can attend various meetings it is essential you drive and have access to your own transport.
