Joining a successful HR division means you will have the up most support from all, including the HR Manager, who will guide, train & develop your HR knowledge further for you to further excel your skills & eventually support you with your studies if you decide to take your CIPD qualification.
This is a perfect role for an Administrator who is looking to take that step into Human Resources; you will be responsible for onboarding of new employees, recruiting talent for the business (across Greater Manchester region), arrange & manage recruitment events for the business & build relationships with all staff members including Managers & Directors to support with the talent acquisition of their division.
It’s rare to find a role in HR that will allow you to not have direct HR experience, so this is your chance to get the career you want in Human Resources if you do not have this experience.
If you do hold some onboarding/ recruitment experience this would be advantageous but not a necessity – administration experience is essential.
