Head of Finance / Finance Director
£70,000-75,000 + Bonus, pension, healthcare, free parking

Platinum is partnering with a truly inspiring property management agency that is experiencing immense growth and change. This innovative and unique business in the heart of the city is looking to hire a passionate and experienced Head of Finance / Finance Director to work closely with the Managing Director and as part of the Senior Leadership Team support the continued success of the business, provide financial direction, commercial advice, key MI and the proactively partner with all areas of the business.
The role will include but is not limited to;
-financial reporting across multiple entities including analysis of the business’s financial performance with a view to create strategic plans for the future
-monitoring cash flow
-ensuring statutory compliance
-implementation of financial procedure and controls
-leadership of finance projects & initiatives
-oversight of the entire large finance team
-driving and improving reporting, processes, and systems
-Budgeting
We are seeking a fully qualified accountant with several years PQE in a similar environment, who is a strong leader, can influence senior management and as Head of Finance can drive change through the business.
