This is one of the most exciting roles I have seen hit the market in months. Its newly created to form an alliance with the COO and CFO in leading and managing delivery of multiple international animation projects, the clients are independent studios through to the biggest brands such as Netflix & Disney.
Generally, they have 20 projects running across a month and you will be tasked to “own it”, perfect for someone who likes to manage the full accounting function and great if you are comfortable in communicating and conveying a clear message to each client. You may have to push back on spend, timescales and challenge ongoing projects so it suits someone who likes to “get stuck into the detail”.
Fully remote you can be based from anywhere in the world to accomplish this role however have to be understand that there is support available but this will be remote and not in person unless you are UK based, specifically North West.
The company are totally flexible with the background of person for this however you must have experience with WIP and managing multiple projects at any one time to really succeed. Responsibilities will include monthly production of reports, cost reports against budget, financial control, management and accounting, cashflow managements, management of the financial operations of a small finance team, banking and stakeholder reporting.
