Your role will be as part of the Senior Leadership Team to lead the strategy for the financial, compliance risk and business support of the organisation, take the lead on continuous improvement and innovation. You will lead the fiscal activities of the organisation including internal and external audit and the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of appropriate financial controls across all business activities, develop and a financial plan which supports the overall organisation strategy, including the development of appropriate financial models, prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans, manage cash flow and treasure functions and manage a small and capable finance team.
It is clear that in this role you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business and have full autonomy to make the changes that you see fit. To be considered you must be professionally qualified with ACA/ACCA or CIMA, be currently working as a leader in finance and be motivated to get ‘stuck in’ and make positive changes in a thriving and ever-growing business. A background in a compliance orientated business would be a distinct advantage.
