One of the most well-known companies in Manchester who are the market leader in their sector are looking for a Front of House to join them to be the first person people meet when they arrive and the go to person for almost anything and everything!
The role itself will be varied, you won’t be just the face of the building – the first person people meet when they arrive and the go to person in times of need, but you’ll also be responsible for providing an excellent front of house service, meeting the needs of the service and customers, onsite support of health and safety, day to day management of onsite suppliers and managing the building helpdesk along with facilitating onsite events and activities.
You will get to build rapport with the building occupants and meet a variety of new faces daily; this role would suit someone who is a real people person, a great communicator, a strong team player and understands the importance of business and customer relationships.
Based in the heart of Manchester in a plush, modern and iconic building, you’ll have the city on your doorstep and excellent transport links in and out of Manchester City Centre.
You do not need previous Front of House experience, but you must be able to have a flexible approach to the role, the ability to remain calm under pressure and to work within a demanding fast-paced environment.
