Financial Services Coordinator (Customer Service & Administration)

A Financial Services company in Bury have a brand-new role for a Financial Services Coordinator to work alongside the Operations Manager, CEO & Sales Director in being a key influence in back office decisions and processes.
This is a role to work with the wider team in managing policies, maintaining the database & managing key relationships with professional clients.
The role will allow you to become adept in all business areas and be a key part in a client’s process throughout.
As the business has grown from small fundamentals to now operating as a leading firm with most clients being with them from the start; this is great time to join them.
Your role will be moulded to your skill set & requirements in a capacity where you will have autonomy on decision making on the administration function & customer service including:
- Customer journeys – Managing the process, implementing new ideas
- In house systems – Making changes and maintaining the in house system
- Policy management – Making key amendments to customer policies
