Platinum is exclusively partnering with a thriving privately held luxury brands manufacturer and retailer, that is seeking a motivated and commercial Financial Controller to lead a small finance team and support the CEO in realising the business’ ambitious growth plans.
Reporting directly to the CEO you be involved in all aspects of running a successful, international business. You will take ownership of all financial and statutory reporting, tax, VAT, treasury, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning. The Head of Finance will also be instrumental in driving the development of new processes, systems and controls.
Building a high-quality working relationship with the key stakeholders including the banks and finance partners will be essential along with the preparation and presentation of a board report and concise analysis suited to an international business. The Financial Controller will Implement and lead on the finance strategy, support the commercials, operational and customer service teams, continuing to develop management information and decision-making support.
We are looking to speak with qualified accountants with at least 4 years PQE and with a successful track record as a Financial Controller / Head of Finance. Our new Financial Controller must possess the strategic and commercial acumen, be ambitious and driven to forge their own career and seize the opportunity to develop over the longer term within the business and have a ‘roll sleeves up’ attitude and approach suited to an SME with growth plans
