Growth, progression, success and reward all on offer with this Financial Controller position.

Brand new Financial Controller opportunity for a global service business required to lead, challenge and improve financial efficiency. Reporting to the Finance Director you will have full control of the group reporting for this £100M turnover business supported by an exceptional team of 5 senior finance professionals. With 5 companies in group you will finalise group accounts with full consolidation and presentation to board level.

The business goals are perfectly aligned to progression so joining as Financial Controller they have already cleared the path to Group FC status and with the guidance of the ACA qualified Finance Director they would expect this to be achieved within 2 years so they offer any applicant a clear journey and plan for the short and long term.

Specifically they are looking for a qualified accountant with demonstrable post qualification experience who is on a journey and ready to take an ambitious leap with their career. You must be an exceptional communicator to lead the team through demonstration however also possess the confidence to challenge stakeholder management whilst delivering results.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
