An exceptional opportunity for a diligent Financial Controller who revels in the detail of complex group structures and intricacies.
Reporting directly into a highly accomplished ACA qualified Finance Director with an impressive record of achievements in accounting, you will be his trusted No.2, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dedicated and skilled finance team.
Joining a well-established property company who have a proven track record of promoting their staff and progressing careers. The role itself is available due to the internal promotion of the Finance Director so this is certainly an opportunity to establish yourself long-term under a highly reputable brand.
Given the scale and complexity of this business, the role requires a qualified Financial Controller with meticulous attention to detail, obsessed with ensuring everything balances to the penny, and has the ability to interrogate large sets of data from an audit-like perspective.
Leading a team of vastly experienced and self-sufficient property accountants you will oversee all service charge duties, manage complex cashflow forecasts and optimise working capital and liquidity, lead reporting to Group, review the procurement strategy and so on.
This is an all-encompassing Financial Controller position, and will be a phenomenal opportunity for someone to work alongside a Finance Director looking to continuously improve processes and functions for maximum efficiency and success. An exceptional leader.
On your background, of course some property experience would be beneficial, but the Finance Director is open on this.
