Responsibilities
· Lead a small team within the Head Office Finance Team, guiding and managing their performance to ensure clear direction and high standards.
· Play a pivotal role as a key member of the Senior Management team.
· Oversee both internal and external reporting processes on a monthly and annual basis, including Group consolidation.
· Take charge of the annual budget and re-forecasting processes across Head Office and other locations to ensure alignment with strategic and operational business planning.
· Collaborate closely with the head of operations and other key stakeholders to deliver financial and operational plans in a timely manner.
· Ensure the delivery of high-quality results to meet both internal and external requirements, with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy in accounting and reporting.
· Manage key stakeholder relationships across all levels and departments effectively.
· Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
