Due to continued growth the Managing Director of this medium-sized SME is now looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to take control of the day-to-day finances of the business. As the lead person in the accounts team, you will support others and will be afforded the flexibility to be able to stamp your own mark on the role and operate the day to day running of the accounts department in your own style. You will be encouraged to contribute to the on-going success through any suggestions on how the finance function and wider business could be improved. You will also work closely with both internal and external finance staff, acting as the key point of contact for the external accountants at year end. The role will offer you complete transparency on what is happening within the business, and therefore it will appeal to anyone that is looking to do more than simply ‘crunch the numbers.’
